Upload and Manage Podcasts

Log in to UTK on iTunes U either through the launch page or by clicking the iTunes U Link from within your Online@UT course site. Navigate to the course area where you want to upload and manage your podcasts.

• Click on the "Upload and Manage Files" link at the upper right side of your screen


• To upload a new file:
  • Click on the tab (1) where you want the podcast to display and click "Add New File (2)"
  • Click "Browse" or "Choose File" (3) to select a file from your hard drive to upload. Navigate to that file and click "Choose" or "Open". An indicator will appear detailing the upload progress.

    

    When it is complete, the file will appear in the list. You may repeat this process to add as many files as you would like.
  • Click "Done"
  
  
• To move a file to a different tab or remove an uploaded file:
• Use the checkbox next to the filename and select an action from the drop-down list, "Choose Action".

  

• Click "Done"

iTunes U will re-launch and the file(s) will now appear in your iTunes U course area under the tab you specified above. Depending on the type of tab, students may now listen and download this file, or subscribe to your course to automatically download new files to their computers and digital media devices when new files are added to your course area.
