Office of Human Resources Management

HR offers courses in Access, Excel, Word, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Powerpoint, and Publisher. All computer classes cost $50, are taught on Dell PC's, and are approved for CPS re-certification. Classes are held in the UT Conference Center Building unless otherwise noted.

OIT's Computer-Based Training

OIT's technology courses include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.), Macromedia, Adobe, Security, Internet (Internet basics, How to create a Web page, etc.), and more advanced topics such as JavaScript, C , LINUX, Servers, and open systems. Choose beginning, intermediate, advanced, or power user levels of training. All courses are online.

Learn SPSS, SAS, Survey Design, Data Mapping, and more. Prerequisites may include basic knowledge of Windows, Macintosh, or Unix X-Windows as well as basic knowledge of programming.

The Studio
- Students, Faculty & Staff
The Studio, located in 245 Hodges Library, is a multimedia production lab. Open to UT students, staff and faculty, The Studio provides computers, software and staff to assist users in the creation of multimedia-enhanced educational projects.
