Secure Server File Transfers: Getting Started
The ITC servers are now secure, which means that if you have an account on an ITC server, you need to upload files using different software than you may be used to. Instead of WS_FTP, Telnet or Fetch, you will need to use SSH for Windows (PC users) or MacSSH and MacSFTP (Macintosh users). Therefore, we have provided instructions for both the PC and Mac that instruct you on where to download this software and how to log into our server using it.
