Dr. Sharon Husch is a Lecturer with the Department of Statistics, Operations, and Management Science. She currently teaches Statistics classes for non-Statistics majors using ITC’s LiveOnline@UT (Centra) system for her live classroom teaching sessions. She began teaching on this system over 5 years ago and provides an excellent example of community-building in courses not generally known for requiring students to respond and bond. She facilitates this community totally online using a combination of LiveOnline@UT, Online@UT (Blackboard), web-based resources, and email.
