Digital Media Services (DMS): Digitization, Duplication, Scantron Scanning and More…
DMS staff helping instructorLocated in 209 Hodges Library, DMS is a full-service media digitization and hosting center. Bring in your journal articles, book chapters, audiotapes, slides, videos, and more. The DMS staff will digitize your media, host it on a password-protected server, and make it available to students, faculty, and staff via the internet. You'll receive URLs that can be added to your Online@UT site or course Web site.

DMS also serves as the headquarters for Scantron scanning. Many departments use Scantrons for exam scoring and data collection. Forms dropped off at DMS are scanned on-site and reports are available from the Statistical Consulting Center within 24 business hours. Class evaluation forms are also processed at DMS at the end of each semester. DMS offers CD/DVD duplication services as well.
