Blackboard Tech Support will be there during these hours from January 5-23. NOTE: The ITC will not be staffing the Commons from December 29-January 2. We also have a daily presence on the 2nd floor of Hodges Library in the Commons South. Come visit us in our new location at your convenience, or invite us to meet with you in your office. Free Development Assistance If you've always wanted to incorporate a new idea into your course, but are not quite sure how to make it work or lack the time to implement it, ask us to help. We'll partner with you on preparing your class for fall, whether it's creating an individual learning element or assistance with structuring a whole course in Blackboard. This problem does not affect current course sites, only those created for Spring 2009. To resolve the issue, the Online@UT system will need to be down for a 2-3 day period, beginning at 12:01 AM on December 20. We regret this inconvenience. We will be communicating updates from the Online@UT site going forward.
